2. 월 09:00 ~ 목요일 15:00사이 냉동배송제품 주문은 정상 배송이 이루어지나, 목요일 15:00 이후 주문은 배송사고 예방을 위해 차주 월요일에 배송이 이루어집니다. 단, 고객이 물품인수를 책임지는 경우에는 금요일에도 배송할 수 있습니다.
3. 당사에서는 냉동화물의 품질이 발송 후 최대 30시간까지 유지될 수 있도록 드라이아이스와 얼음을 사용하여 냉동포장을 실시합니다.
4. 고객님께서는 인수거부나 인수자 부주의로 인한 망실, 냉동화물의 도착이후 방치 등 고객님의 과실에 의한 품질 변질이 발생하지 않도록 유의하셔야 합니다.
5. 배송이 이루어지면 고객님께 택배사와 운송장번호가 이메일로 통지됩니다. 고객님께서는 운송장번호로 택배과정을 추적할 수 있습니다.

All return authorizations must be issued directly from Beams Biotechnology. In the case of a purchasing error, it is our policy to deny return of product.
