일회용 컬럼 사용법 : (5ml, 10ml, 30ml 공통)
1. 레진 충진
1 레진은 50~75% 슬러리로 투입하되 20% EtOH 또는 증류수 사용을 추천함.
2 컬럼하부를 밸브 또는 마개로 막고 레진을 충진하고 컬럼아답타를 장착함.
2. 펌프에 연결 : 그림 (A) 참조
튜빙연결구를 펌프에 연결하여 버퍼를 채운다음 아답타 상부 연결구에 기포가 들어가지 않게 연결함. 펌프연결방식은 상황에 따라 다르므로 필요 시, 핏팅을 사용하거나 튜빙을 잘라서 연결하거나 적절한 방법으로 해결함(도움은 문의요망!)
3. Gravity 이용 : 그림 (B) 참조
컬럼아답타 연결구에 버퍼를 소량 채운 일회용 주사기(용량은 버퍼 투입량에 따라 선정)를 연결하고 흘려보낼 버퍼와 샘플을 차례로 투입하여 사용함.
