1. Make a phone call and visit us or call a meeting to discuss the work scope and the MOU. Or, send
a fax to us, asking for CMS with a short description of your project. If necessary, we are willing to
sign first the secrecy agreement to protect your proprietary.
2. Prepare the technical documents describing the status of technology and the production protocols
for contract manufacturing and call a meeting again.
3. We quote the charges and suggest the work scope and the procedure in detail after the meeting.
4. We formulate the draft contract, confirm and fix mutual agreement via communication.
5. Make a contract for the service including the formal secrecy agreement and the certificate
guaranteeing the execution of contract. We need to be paid earlier 30~50% of the amount of
total payment as an upfront payment. |
| Report the progress of project if necessary, submit the final report and the result with real product, and settle account. You shall complete the rest of payment unless you find any fault or anything unfulfilled in view of contract.
